Rules, licensing, and responsibilities for using WUZIQI Gomoku.

Terms of Service for WUZIQI Gomoku

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WUZIQI Gomoku ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WUZIQI Gomoku is a mobile game application that provides:

  • Gomoku (Five in a Row) gameplay
  • AI opponent with multiple difficulty levels
  • Two-player local mode
  • Game statistics and achievements
  • Customizable themes and settings

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage or impair its functionality
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Available Purchases

The App offers the following in-app purchase:

  • Remove Ads: A one-time purchase that removes all advertisements from the App

5.2 Payment

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms and conditions.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. Please refer to Apple's refund policy for more information.

5.4 Restoration

You can restore your purchases at any time by using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App's settings.

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of these advertisements. You may remove advertisements by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the developer and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the developer's jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.

Apple's Standard EULA

This App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail for matters related to the App Store.
