This Privacy Policy describes how WUZIQI Gomoku ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app. We design the app for minimal collection and provide controls for advertising and privacy choices.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Local Gameplay and Settings Data

We store gameplay-related data locally on your device, including settings, game saves, achievements, and statistics.

2.2 Analytics Event Data (Local + CloudKit)

We record analytics events for product quality, iteration, and monetization optimization. Events are stored locally and may also be written to CloudKit custom records in record type AnalyticsEvent when cloud sync is available.

Typical fields include:

• event_name, event_time, session_id
• app_version, build, platform, os_version, device_type, locale
• anonymous_user_id (generated in-app, not your real name)
• is_ad_free, att_status, gdpr_consent
• Experiment assignment values used for A/B tests
• Event-specific parameters (for example gameplay, ad, purchase, or feature-exposure context)

2.3 Experiment Assignment Data (SwiftData + CloudKit)

For A/B experiments, we store assignment data such as experimentId, variant, and assignedAt. This data is stored via SwiftData and may sync through CloudKit private database when available.

2.4 Advertising and Consent Data

If ads are enabled, we use Google AdMob and Google UMP. Depending on your region and choices, data may include advertising consent state and ad interaction results.

2.5 Data You Provide

If you contact support, we receive your email address and message content.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide core gameplay, saves, and settings
• Measure stability and performance
• Improve game balance, onboarding, and feature quality
• Operate monetization logic (ads and remove-ads entitlement)
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests

4. ATT and Tracking Choices

We request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before using IDFA for tracking-related advertising scenarios. If you deny ATT, gameplay remains available and tracking-based advertising is not required for core gameplay.

5. Storage and CloudKit Scope

5.1 Local Storage

Local app data and analytics logs are stored on your device in app storage.

5.2 CloudKit Storage

When available, selected records are written to CloudKit container iCloud.WUZIQI private database, including analytics event records (AnalyticsEvent) and experiment assignment records. If iCloud is unavailable or not authenticated, related features fall back to local-only storage.

6. Third Parties and Sharing

We use third-party services to operate app features:

• Apple CloudKit: private cloud storage/sync for CloudKit-backed records.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit: handles payment and in-app purchase processing.
• Google AdMob + UMP: handles ad serving and ad consent workflows.

We do not sell personal data. We do not intentionally upload direct identifiers such as your real name to analytics records.

7. Data Retention

Local data remains until removed by app actions, device cleanup, or app uninstall. Cloud data is retained only as needed for operations and product analysis, then deleted or aggregated according to operational policy.

8. Your Rights and Controls

• Control tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
• Use remove-ads purchase to disable ad flows in app
• Request data access or deletion via support email

For cloud data deletion requests, include any relevant device details or in-app context to help us locate your records.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is designed as a board game and does not require account registration to play. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will review and handle the request.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed 100% secure.
